At Sobair Design, we had the privilege of creating the visual identity for Wajahat Jalabiya, a brand dedicated to preserving and modernizing traditional Sudanese thobes (jalabiya). Our approach focused on blending cultural authenticity with contemporary design, ensuring that the brand’s heritage was honored while appealing to a wider, modern audience. Alongside crafting a sleek, minimalistic logo and cohesive branding elements, we also designed a promotional poster to help Wajahat market themselves on social media and grow their brand exposure. The use of traditional patterns and earth tones ensured the brand’s cultural essence remained strong, while the modern design helped them connect with a broader audience. This project highlights our ability to transform cultural heritage into a compelling visual narrative and support brand growth through targeted marketing materials.
